Original Vintage: This is a wired shaped hat that, has been covered with ruched red net, and trimmed with burgundy rushed velvet on the front and side and back. The hat is lined with black acetate lining. Because of the fabric net and velvet it was designed to be worn with similar fabrics for occasion wear.
