Shipping Policy

Flat Rate Postage £4.50 per order 

to most areas in the UK 

We will dispatch your order in most cases the same or next day always within three to five business days.

Each item will be carefully packed and sent first class tracked postage with Royal Mail or Courier Company.

International customers

Shipping is by weight 

1-1.99 kg £18.00 Delivery 10-15 Days 

2kg plus £54.00 Delivery 10 Days

Covid rules and Brexit may delay delivery 

please ask for weight for an item if not listed 

PLEASE NOTE: International Orders may incur a customs or import duty fee that would have to be paid by the customer. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.

Personal details and information will never be shared. We use third-party banking to verify payment.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. 

Net Zero Commitment

Rock Follies Vintage has started the sustainable  journey to ensure that will be Net Zero. 

Our Carbon Footprint has been greatly reduced since closing the physical shop and becoming an online business. 

We are making our premise environmentally friendly

by taking the following steps:

  • all our lights are fitted with LED bulbs

  • we have Sola Panels 

  • we do not use a  tumble dryer we dry on a washing line

  • we have five water butts 

  • property is insulated to above recommended amounts

  • we use chimney balloons 

  • are doble glazed 

  • we have planted many new trees and plants and look after the existing trees and plants

Our stock is 96% Vintage Stock that is individually sourced and therefore the carbon footprint is greatly reduced

compared to new stock.

Our packaging is mainly recycled and we are working towards getting this higher and making improvements every month

Return Policy

For Vintage items, scroll down to 'Vintage Items Only'

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since 

your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund 

or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in t

he same condition that you received it. It must also be in 

the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or 

magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept

products that are intimate or sanitary goods, 

hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  •  Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products 

  • Some health and personal care items

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Furniture 
If you have purchased an item of furniture that you believe t

o be faulty, please contact us immediately at contact@rockfolliesvintage.co.uk along with your order number.

Other Items 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@rockfolliesvintage.co.uk and send your item to: Rock Follies Vintage 61 The Foxholes, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY10 2QR

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Vintage Items Only 
We are confident that our customers will be delighted with their purchases. All of the items sold by Rock Follies Vintage are considered to be of vintage condition. We do not accept returns or provide refunds on vintage condition items unless damage is proven to have happened during delivery or in the case of order cancellation (detailed below). 

No refunds or exchanges will be given with issues based upon fit of a garment, please ensure you measure correctly and if you need more measurements than listed please don't hesitate to get in contact with us and we will be very happy to provide more information.We believe that the goods supplied by Rock Follies Vintage cannot be returned because of their nature.

If goods are accidentally damaged during delivery, our liability for that damage is limited to the repair, refund, exchange or replacement of the goods or to the value of the original sales price.

We do not refund items which have been damaged by yourself during unpacking, dishwashing or microwaving.

To enable an exchange or refund to take place for an item damaged during delivery, the customer is responsible for informing us at Rock Follies Vintage by email, of the item damaged within 48 hours of delivery. The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us at Rock Follies Vintage  and the customer will pay for that postage. On receipt of the damaged item, if necessary and if an exchange is agreed, we will pay postage on the return item.

Since we deliver vintage condition items very soon after order receipt and confirmation of funds, it is difficult to handle cancellations. Cancellations are accepted before item delivery or before a maximum of 7 working days after order receipt. In this case the order value will be refunded.

Cancellation refunds will be payable if the ordered goods are received back by Rock Follies Vintage  in the original order condition.
