Fabric. Elasticated with a doble layered cotton panel around waist and hips, with two layers of gathered soft nylon chiffon attached to this panel. They are both made of two nylon chiffon tiers gathered and edged in orange lace
 
Style: Tiered and very full petticoat with elasticated waist yards of chiffon make up this lovely flouncy petticoat.
 
Ideal to wear under original vintage and vintage style 1950s dresses to get the full fit and flare look
