Fabric. Elasticated with a doble layered Lycra panel around waist and hips, with two layers attached to this panel. The under layer is made of four nylon tiers gathered and edged in a bias trim the top layer consists of four tiers of black net each edged in a black trim.
 
Style: Tiered long and very full petticoat with elasticated waist yards of net make up this lovely net petticoat.
 
Ideal to wear under original vintage and vintage style 1950s dresses to get the full fit and flare look
