1960s Electric Blue Velvet Turban Style Hat 
 
This hat is a made of soft blocking net that has been covered with slinky velvet with panels and pleats. with a bow at the central back. The hat is Lined with a dark purple lining. The hat can be worn with the bow to the centre back or indeed at the front turban style
