Fabric: A quality textured weave cloth with shades of creams black and grey. The bodice of the dress and trim to the jacket are a cream slub dupion. Both pieces are lined in cream lining. The effect of the pattern gives an illusion of animal print its really striking.

 

Style: . An expertly tailored suit icon of the era, smart and chic.

 

Features: The dress has a bodice that is a faux waistcoat line with seaming and buttons to give the illusion. The neckline is a high round neck the armholes are cut low and narrow on the shoulder. The skirt is constructed of seven flared panels which give an A line to the dress.

The Jacket is beautifully cut to compliment the dress with seams to shape. The lapels and collar trim are plain cream slub dupion .

 

Closure: Dress: Nylon zip to the centre back the jacket has tailored covered studs and buttons are sewn on.

 

Ideal to wear for: Smart suit for work or events, bridal party

 

Vintage Condition: Excellent Vintage Condition: with some signs of wear to the fabric on one sleeve cuff and centre of skirt because of the open weave of the fabric they are not noticeable however this is reflected in the price. please see last phot.
