Original Vintage: 1950s Mid Blue Wool Moulded Felt Hat with Felt Bow 
This is a millinery made moulded mid blue wool felt hat. With a small blocked crown with a double brim that turns in on itself which has two permeant wave like shapes in the front

Inside the petersham band measures 21" (53.5 cm) Worn very much on top of the hair up do on the slant “a jaunty angle” and stylish.
