The dress has a sewn in under slip that is a smaller size than the dress providing shape wear of the fifties this could be unpicked and seam to let out to the same size as the over dress as there is a generous seam allowance on each side of the zip.

Fabric:  Grey Pink Blush coloured crepe with pale peach acetate lining.
 
Style: The dress has been expertly made beautiful seaming. The back is in two panels with waist darts, the front is also made from two panels has a seam across which have bust darts from the side and across the front. The centre seam has two darts on each side that form a point at the waist and provide pleating to the skirt. The sleeve is a cap sleeve and a ballet gusset under the arm to give movement. 
 
Features: The dress has been expertly decorated with a pearly grey bugle beads seed beads and tiny pearls across the neckline front and back and down the waist with little flowers of beading sprinkled across the side and back of the dress.
 
Closure: metal zip to the back with two metal hooks and hand sewn eyes.
 
Ideal to wear for: special events,parties, wedding’s, a beautifully understated but embellished dress.
 
Vintage Condition: Excellent Vintage Condition: a couple of marks on the lower skirt.
