Original Vintage: Delightful electric blue pleated wired cocktail hat or skull cap. These headpieces were originally designed to sit onto of a hair up do of curls and were often worn evening gowns bridal and wool and felt styles worn with coats and suits. It can be worn in different ways and you can choose which part you want to be the front.

Made of millinery net covered in a textured silk that has been permanent pleated with in tiny knife pleats, and is laid over the net in swathes and go under and over the other blue fabric
