1950s Black Velvet Beret Style Hat 
 
This hat is a made of soft net that has been covered with velvet ribbon and hand stitched to build up a pattern inspired by a rose. Lined with a burgundy lining worn in a beret style on one side of the head or straight on. 
 
Dating from: late 1950s early 1960s

inside circumference measures 23 ½ " (60 cm)
