Label: A Riviera Bag Made Especially for Joshua Taylor
 
Riviera was founded by ‘Solly’ Reichenberg, who came to England during the second World War. He once owned a company in France so that is the history behind the name of his new company. Riviera Bags were one of the top three British Manufacturers of Handbags. The quality just shines through on all their pieces.

Made of: Light beige lizard skin, lined in light beige suede with one vanity pocket on one side and a metal zipped pocket that is lined in peach moiré taffeta, and mirror pocket on the other. With a gold tone metal frame. With double wrist straps.
 
Style: Classic Kelly Bag (named after Grace Kelly who often wore this style of handbag) 
 
Features: The metal frame is covered across the top in lizard skin the top, the front and back of the bag is covered in two panels with a 2” (5cm) strip of Lizard trim on the front of the bag. There are four little brass feet on the bace.
 
Closure: Gold tone metal clip at centre 
 
Vintage Condition: Flawed Vintage Condition: The bag has got stains to all sides and the suede lining shows signs of age and wear. Sill a beautiful shaped and sturdy bag.
