Original Vintage: 1930s Silk Velvet Panelled Hat with a Tassel 
This little hat is made from three panels of silk velvet backed in a lining backing the shaped front panel also has a padding and a wired edge inside to give shape. The Inside of the hat has a black bias tape sewn inside.

Measurements: 
From one side across the top to the other side is 12 ½” round ( 31.5 cm)
From centre front to centre back across the top 11 3/8” round ( 29.5 cm)
The inside bias tape 23 ½ “(55cm)
The gorgeous Tassel comes from the centre of the back panel, so from top of the head and is on a black double cord 2 “ (5cm) in length and the slinky light tassel itself is 5 “ (12.5cm) in length
