Original Vintage: Navy Frilled Net Head Piece. 
These head pieces were originally designed to sit onto of a hair up do of curls and were often worn evening gowns or for bridal and worn with coordinated coats and suits.

Made of two pieces of wired navy stiffened millinery net that have been covered with ten double rows of little navy frilled stiff net or tulle and stitched together into points that sit above/behind the ears. 
from one point across the top to other point 18 ½” (47 cm) 
width of both pieced including feather overhang 6 ½ “(16 .5cm)
